We both came from places of heartbreak, having experienced the pain of failed marriages. Yet, through it all, we never stopped believing in love or in God’s plan for our lives. We trusted that He had someone special in store for each of us. So, with hopeful hearts, we ventured into the world of online dating.

On April 17, 2024, Match.com made the connection that would change our lives forever. David sent the first message (Lindsey remembers that it was asking for the secret of her award-winning chili recipe!), and from that moment, something just felt right.

A month later, on May 15th, we met in person for the first time. Our first date was simple but perfect—a peaceful walk along the Zionsville Rail Trail, followed by a Mexican dinner filled with laughter and easy conversation. As summer unfolded, so did our love. Over 100 dates later (yes, Lindsey kept count!), it became undeniably clear: we had found the person God had chosen for us.

Our bond deepened through our shared faith in Christ and our desire to build a life centered around His teachings. Lindsey loves David’s genuine heart, kindness, and intelligence—the way he loves and leads with quiet strength. David adores Lindsey’s deep loyalty, compassionate spirit, quick wit, and how she just gets him like no one else ever has.

Beyond our love for each other, we share a vision for a life filled with love, laughter, family, faith, and adventure. Whether it’s traveling to new places, serving others, or simply enjoying the small, beautiful moments of everyday life, we are beyond grateful to walk this path together.
